How do I create an account?

1. Go to (website).SkipTheQ.co.za

2. Click on the LOGIN OR SIGNUP button on the home page.

3. Next, click on the CREATE AN ACCOUNT or use your SOCIAL LOGIN

4. Sign up with either of these.

What does my account allow me to do?

1. It allows you to browse the menu’s, create a profile as well as customise your profile.

Can I buy a voucher on this site and how?

Yes you can. Here’s how:

2. Click on the SIGN UP button and fill in your details and choose your payment method

3. Next, click on BUY A VOUCHER and choose your voucher value

4. Click on PROCEED TO PAYMENT

Once your payment has been made, your account will automatically be updated with the voucher value (e.g: R250) or you will be sent a voucher code (e.g: 98654876).

What is store credit?

Store credit is money paid via cash into your SkipTheQ account. This will then be used to purchase items.

How can I buy store credit?

1. Go to (website).SkipTheQ.co.za

2. Click on the SIGN UP button and fill in your details and choose your payment method

3. Next, click on BUY A VOUCHER and choose your voucher value

4. Click on PROCEED TO PAYMENT

Can I transfer credit to another user?

Yes,

1. Log into your account

2. Click on Dashboard

3. Select “Send Credit”

3. Enter the email address, amout and a short message to whom you would like to send your credit to

4. Click on “Send”

Is store credit refundable?

No it is not refundable but you will be able to exchange an item, should it be incorrect.

What payment methods can I use?

The following payment methods are available: Store Credit, Credit Card, EFT and a Monthly Debit Order.

How will I know if SkipTheQ has received my order?

You will be notified via email or sms that your email is being processed. * standard sms rates apply.

What if my order is late or incorrect?

Should you find we are not living up to our promise please do get in touch: 031 100 1190 / info@skiptheq.co.za or speak your store manager on site.

If I have purchased via EFT, Credit Card or Debit Order, is the money refundable?

No, once this account has been credited, the full amount is not refundable and can only be used as store credit to purchase.
